Coincident with Tennessee Valley Authority’s 75th anniversary, a team of students and faculty won Phase I ($10,000) and Phase II ($75,000) EPA P3: People, Prosperity and Planet Grants. The competition prompted use of Norris as an ideal lens to revisit the New Deal experiment and as a vehicle to question the use and scale of public and private resources.
